Sound Effect

Sound Effect is a brand new quartet organized within the Huron Valley Harmonizers, but they are not new to quarteting. Jack Frucci (tenor) and Clay Jones (bari) have been singing in quartets and choruses for over 30 years and have competed on the international stage 10 or more times. Paul Lammers (lead) has sung with Jack in My 3 Friends for approximately 7 years. Paul Tramp (bass) is in his "rookie" year but is already singing like a veteran.

Professionally, Jack is a retired high school teacher (business) and is currently the owner/manager of a family-owned commercial greenhouse in business for 58 years.

Paul Lammers is a retired high school teacher and education administrator. Paul holds a doctorate in vocational education and was a department head in the Taylor Schools until his retirement.

Clay Jones is a retired industrial chemist and is currently owner/president of an industrial chemical consulting company.

Paul Tramp is a hydraulic tradesman and is a sergeant in the Michigan National Guard teaching chemical operations.

Together, the quartet is looking forward to performing with the Harmonizers as well as independently for local civic organizations, churches, nursing homes and private parties and commercial organizations and quite likely will be entering competitions within the Pioneer District.
